Easy Healthy Potato Side Dish

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and smoked paprika over top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then toss everything together to make sure the potatoes are evenly coated.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 – 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp on the outside.
  6. Enjoy!
