Here’s one of our favorite recipes that requires minimal ingredients and time:
- 4 medium potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and smoked paprika over top.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss everything together to make sure the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Bake in the oven for 30 – 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp on the outside.
